After Christmas Back Attack

Hit the gym with a fasted workout this morning. I kept the weight low to moderate weight. My goal was just to get a good burn and keep my heart rate up.
Back Routine:
- 10 minutes on the row machine.
- Close leg deadlift x 10 superset with seated rows x 10. Three sets
- Wide leg deadlift x 10 superset with seated rows (change hand positon) Three sets
- Lat Pulldowns x 10 superset with Close grip late pull downs x 10. Three sets.
- Close grip bicep curls x 10 super set with wide grip bicep curls x 10 Three sets
- 10 minutes on the row machine.

Went to the gym today for cardio after recovering from COVID and pneumonia. It was good to get at it again.
