Hit the gym with a fasted workout this morning. I kept the weight low to moderate weight. My goal was just to get a good burn and keep my heart rate up.

Back Routine:

  • 10 minutes on the row machine.
  • Close leg deadlift x 10 superset with seated rows x 10. Three sets
  • Wide leg deadlift x 10 superset with seated rows (change hand positon) Three sets
  • Lat Pulldowns x 10 superset with Close grip late pull downs x 10. Three sets.
  • Close grip bicep curls x 10 super set with wide grip bicep curls x 10 Three sets
  • 10 minutes on the row machine.
