Back and Biceps Day With Branden Lessard
January 5, 2021-Got together today with my cousin for a workout routine to switch it up a little bit.
I HATED EVERY MINUTE OF TRAINING, BUT I SAID, “DON’T QUIT. SUFFER NOW AND LIVE THE REST OF YOUR LIFE AS A CHAMPION.”

Routine:
back and biceps superset
-10 minutes of cardio
-Bent over dumbell rows. 4x 10 each arm,
rest 1 minute after each set
-Lat pulldowns superset with seated cable rows.
4×10, go from one exercise to the next.
rest 1 minute in between sets
Biceps
-4×10 of standing dumbell curls superset with seated smith machine curls –
rest one minute in between sets.
